Heart Based Health Safety Protocol & Procedure (COVID19)



  • All scheduled appointments will be spaced out accordingly to eliminate patient-patient contact and allow time for detailed disinfection

  • Rooms & common areas will be disinfected between each appointment 

  • Treatment rooms are equipped with a HEPA grade filtration system

  • Practitioner will wear PPE equipment 

  • Treatments are modified to minimize close contact and designed to bolster immunity




What to expect prior and during visit:



Please note that if you are presenting with the following symptoms/circumstances, you will be asked to stay home:



  • New Cough, shortness of breath, wheezing, fever or chills, new fatigue, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, new nasal congestion, new muscle aches that are not caused by specific activity such as exercise, new diarrhea


  • Travel within the last 14 days


  • Exposure to a person who is presenting cold/flu like symptoms or diagnosed with COVID19


  • Diagnosed with COVID19* in the last 45 days



*Herbal medicine can be provided via telemedicine in the case of illness




When you arrive:



  • All patients are required to wear a mask upon entering and during treatment. Hands are to be washed upon entering facility.

  • Patients are subject to a pre- screening/ temperature check prior to treatment

  • We ask that you arrive in the waiting room no sooner than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure social distancing
